Brief From The Client:

Lewis came to us to take over writing his daily emails and help him with all his funnel needs.

His existing team had done a great job of engaging and segmenting the list.

However, they wanted to outsource to us to:

  • Reduce their email workload and time investment by 95%

  • Utilise our funnel creation work and expertise within the daily emailss

Lewis had a team of salespeople ready to convert leads to his high-ticket coaching program, so our primary goal was to get people booking calls.

During the year, we also created direct, lower-ticket, sales-page-style offers for him to introduce to the list and diversify his business's revenue streams.

Adopting the right voice, stylising, and structuring are imperative.

We also take time to understand behaviours and patterns through our own data analysis to plan for future changes.

Once we had mastered the original email styling, we began adapting and tweaking the strategy in small ways.

We split-tested subject lines and CTA styles, as well as different lengths and styles of the email, the content we included within them, and their sending schedule.

We continued to study and adapt our approach to ensure we were dialled into the list’s preferences and habits.

However, we always tested new strategies to keep them engaged, avoid burnout, and appeal to different psychologies and buyer types.
